This unit considers the future in three key ways. First, it deals with the ways in which access to corpora, and the insights of corpora, can increase our awareness of language. Second, it looks an example corpus project, and asks you to consider whether such a project could be successful in your teaching context. Finally, it asks you to reconsider your attitudes to corpora and language learning in the light of what you have learned about just how corpora can be exploited.
