To request the access to the video clips, and to make inquiries, CALPER requires that you complete the form in Step One to provide us with contact and professional information, and your acceptance to use these materials per CALPER's Use-Agreement. In Step Two you will be asked to provide us with specific course information. When you have completed these two steps, you will receive confirmation that your information has been received and will be reviewed. You will receive an email from CALPER at the email address you've provided, within a few days.

If you intend to use the materials for other purposes than class instruction, you need to notify Junko Mori and obtain her permission. If persons other than students (e.g., colleagues) inquire about getting the materials, please refer them to this site or to Junko Mori , who will then contact the individual(s). It is important to follow these guidelines because the participants gave us their consent under these conditions.
