We list below links to websites which give information on how to sign up to listservs related mainly to the study of foreign languages, but also to second language teaching and learning. Brief descriptions of these listservs are also provided.

The Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA) from the University of Minnesota provides a list of 16 electronic mailing lists for teachers of several less commonly taught languages (LCTL).

FLTEACH LISTSERV
The Foreign Language Teaching Forum (FLTEACH) is a forum centering on foreign language teaching methods for all levels and languages. In addition to subscription information, the website offers the option to search their archives.

FLASC-L focuses on topics related to the supervision and coordination of foreign language programs in the US. Archived discussion threads can also be accessed.

Offered by The Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL), ÑANDUTI is an electronic discussion list on topics related to foreign language learning in grades preK-8.

LIM-A
LIM-A is a listserv for language immersion education in the Americas and the equivalent of LIME in Europe. The purpose of this listserv is both to provide opportunities for discussing research and teaching-related issues related to language immersion and to announce conferences, job postings, and upcoming events.
