FLAP Grant to Burke County PS & Appalachian State University

Members of Appalachian University and Burke County Public Schools (NC) received a $500,000 FLAP grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Grant monies will be used to enhance the existing Spanish program and expand language offerrings to French and German.
