Ofra Inbar holds a PhD and MA degree from the School of Education at Tel-Aviv University in Language Education and lectures at Tel-Aviv University and Beit Berl College on language education and English teaching. She is the coordinator of the MA TESOL program at the School of Education at Tel-Aviv University and the chair of the English as a Foreign Language Department at Beit Berl Teachers' College.

Research Interests: language assessment, language policy, in particular with regard to native/non-native teachers and immigrant concerns, EFL teacher training and curriculum design.
