Jane Evison is a Part-time Lecturer and Research Associate at the School of English Studies, University of Nottingham, UK. In addition to supporting the CALPER Corpus Project, she is currently working on a corpus-based research project for ETS with Michael McCarthy and Ronald Carter. Her personal research interests center around spoken discourse, particularly the investigation of vague language.
