One registration fee for the whole week is $150 (early registration, deadline May 15) or $200 (regular registration, deadline June 15), regardless of whether you attend one, two, three or four workshops. Registration opens: February 1, 2010.

Print out and complete our REGISTRATION FORM (PDF) and mail it with your check (US currency drawn on a US bank) or purchase order from your institution (US currency) to: CALPER Attn.: Vickie Lucas Penn State University 5 Sparks Building University Park, PA 16802-5203 Please make checks or purchase orders payable to "The Pennsylvania State University" . Include payment at time of registration. Registration forms without payments cannot be processed. |

Confirmation, directions and other pertinent information will be mailed to you promptly upon receipt of your payment and registration form.
CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations must be received in writing (mail, fax, email) 10 calendar days before the start of each workshop in order to receive a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee). Cancellations received less than 10 calendar days before the start of each workshop cannot be honored. You may want to consider sending a substitute.
The Center for Advanced Language Proficiency Education and Research reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollments. In such event, registrants will receive a full refund.
REGISTRATION FOR PENN STATE STUDENTS AND FACULTY
Penn State students and faculty are able to register for CALPER workshops at a reduced fee. Please contact the CALPER office directly by email (VNL2@psu.edu) or phone (814-863-1212) to inquire about fees and registration procedures. Information for Penn State will become available April 1, 2010.
ACT 48 HOURS FOR PENNYSLVANIA EDUCATORS:
The Pennsylvania State University is an ACT 48 provider. Nine professional development hours are available for each CALPER workshop.
